Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

All tracking numbers will be found in the shipping notification emails that we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard.

How are shirts packed?

Each shirt is individually folded and packed into their own poly bag and then package into poly mailers for shipment.

How do you package frames?

Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. Next they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally they are wrapped once again in a thicker more durable bubble wrap, adding extra protection during shipment.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Because of the variety of product we fulfill, we ship each item accordingly based on their dimension requirements. Generally posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps ensuring protection during shipment. Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes ranging in the dimensions of 26x20x18″ to 28×5.5×38″ depending on requirements.

My order has been sent, why don’t I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.

What does the status “partially fulfilled” mean?

Because of the variety of product we fulfill, we can’t ship all products in the same package. For example, we can’t ship t-shirts together with posters due to different packages. Partially fulfilled means that only part of the order has been shipped out and the other part is still waiting to be fulfilled.

Why did my transaction fail?

Don’t worry! It happens sometimes. Transaction can be declined for several reasons. Sometimes, you can guess why it was declined from the response code, but only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason.
The usual culprits are:

Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
Insufficient funds
If you are outside the US, some credit card companies will reject international charges
The customer’s bank or credit card company was having technical issues when the order was processed
If you made a large number of online purchases within a short period of time, some banks will reject some of the charges as a fraud prevention measure

If your order’s rejected, and it happens several times in a row, try pressing “Retry” button again the next day. If there’s still no luck, give your financial institution a call.

Does FedEx ship to PO Boxes?

Not really, they don’t ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not return a FedEx shipping rate if an address of US based PO box is entered.

 

Are your products eco-friendly?

All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

What is your refund & exchange policy?

  • We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging. We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
  • We will not exchange or issue a credit note if you require another size/fit so please make sure you view the size charts before confirming your order.We will however issue an exchange or credit note if your item is damaged when supplied photo evidence and still has tags on the garment, or as long as the item is in its original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. You’ll need to send us a self-addressed reply paid envelope/slip and your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
  • Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices including FTF Media Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • We do not refund or exchange products if you change your mind.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our manufacturing, we currently don’t do returns. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support!

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly send a replacement, on us.

What if a frame breaks during shipment?

We guarantee each product from once it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship their order to ensure they are satisfied with their product.
